How every laptop is refurbished

Every laptop sold by RefurbLaptops.ae is restored to Grade A by professional technicians through a three-stage process: full hardware testing, complete data erasure with a clean OS reinstall, and repair, replacement and deep cleaning.

    Tested

    Keyboard, screen, battery and ports are individually tested for defects. Battery health is verified at 80% or above, and SSD health is checked where an SSD is fitted.

  2. 02

    Wiped

    All previous user data is completely erased and the operating system is cleanly reinstalled. Every laptop arrives as a fresh machine with no trace of its previous owner.

  3. 03

    Restored

    Broken or worn parts are replaced where required. Each unit is cleaned, prepared for work and checked against its stated refurbished condition before ordering.

Only laptops that reach Grade A are listed. If a unit can't get there, we don't sell it.

What does Grade A mean?

Grade A means professionally refurbished condition, tested hardware and battery health verified at 80% or above. SSD health is verified where an SSD is fitted, and the available unit's cosmetic condition can be confirmed before purchase.

What is the battery health of your laptops?

Every battery is tested and verified at 80% health or above before the laptop is listed. Most refurbished sellers don't publish this figure. We do, because it's the first thing you should ask about a used laptop.

How much cheaper are refurbished laptops than new?

A new business laptop of this class starts at around AED 2,500.00 in the UAE. Our refurbished models start at AED 198.00 — the same Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook ranges, restored to Grade A and fully tested.

Is the previous owner's data removed?

All previous user data is completely erased and the operating system is cleanly reinstalled. Every laptop arrives as a fresh machine.

What warranty do you offer?

Every laptop carries a 15-day replacement warranty: if something is wrong with it, we replace it. You also have 10 days to request a full refund if you change your mind. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
