What is a refurbished laptop?+
A previously used laptop prepared for another owner. Our listed business laptops are tested, cleaned and restored; previous user data is erased. Windows licences are not included.
What does Grade A mean at RefurbLaptops?+
A refurbished laptop with tested hardware and condition checked before ordering. Cosmetic condition can vary between units. Request photographs of the actual laptop; Grade A does not mean new.

We arrange delivery to Dubai from our Sharjah base. Shipping is AED 50. Confirm stock, preparation time, VAT and the final payable total before payment.
Do you deliver elsewhere in the UAE?+
Shipping to Dubai and Sharjah is AED 50. For other emirates, enquire about shipping charges when ordering. Confirm the delivery estimate and final total before payment.
How do I order a laptop?+
Choose a model and tap Order on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, actual unit photos, specifications, charger inclusion, VAT, delivery charges and the final AED total before you pay.
Are the product photographs of the actual unit?+
The model reference photographs illustrate the laptop design. They are not photographs of the individual unit you will receive. Ask for actual unit photographs and cosmetic details before ordering.
Are all displayed laptops immediately in stock?+
Published models are available for enquiry. Stock and quantity are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. An unpublished or unavailable listing is not an offer to order that configuration.
Are refurbished laptops available under AED 500?+
Use our under-AED-500 page to see currently published models with selling prices below AED 500. Availability changes. Confirm VAT, delivery charges and the final total, which may exceed the displayed laptop price.
Does the listed AED price include VAT and delivery?+

Should I choose Core i5, Core i7 or Core Ultra?+

No. RefurbLaptops does not include a Windows licence. Arrange any required Windows licence separately. An installed operating system does not establish that a Windows licence is included.
Is previous owner data removed?+
Previous user data is erased as part of preparation. Windows licences are not included. Arrange any required Windows licence separately and confirm the installed operating system before ordering.
What replacement warranty do you provide?+
Listed laptops include a 10-day replacement warranty for functional problems only. Contact us with your order details and a description of the functional issue to arrange the next step.
What is your refund policy?+
You have 2 days to request a refund. Contact us before returning the laptop and confirm collection, delivery charges and return arrangements. Read the warranty and returns page before ordering.
Do you supply wholesale or bulk laptops?+
We quote for UAE offices, schools and resellers based on quantity, configuration and availability. Use the bulk enquiry form or WhatsApp to request matched specifications, confirmed pricing and planned delivery.
